All notarizations are completed in the manner prescribed by the California Secretary of State. Current wording is used for both the California Jurat and Acknowledgment on all notarized documents.
Supporting newly commissioned notaries is essential in providing the general public with professional and accurate notary services. Kosak Coaching Service strives to help new notaries understand and become familiar with the various types of documents they will see while performing their duties. Special attention to the details of loan signing is a specialty for Kosak Coaching Service. We offer an assortment of in-person and online training programs to new notaries.
Kosak Coaching Service also provides marketing tools and strategies to notaries and loan signing agents nationwide. Template solicitation letters are available for purchase as well as the most up to date listing of signing services, title companies and lenders you may want to solicit your services to. In addition, we offer eDoc printing services to San Diego County notaries who do not have a laser printing capabilities.
