General Notarizations
In addition to the per signature notary fee, the client is responsible for a travel fee which will be discussed and disclosed prior to the appointment. The travel fee should be paid via PayPal prior to the scheduled appointment. Should the notary not keep the appointment, client will receive 100% refund of the travel fee.
The travel fee will be retained by the notary if the client cancels the appointment within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If client reschedules the appointment at the time of cancellation, 100% of the travel fee will be credited towards the rescheduled appointment travel.
After Hours Fee
An additional $50 fee will be charged for appointments scheduled between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. The after hours fee, trip fee and notarization fee(s) will be paid in cash at the time of the appointment.
Prison, Jail and Detention Center Fee
A $400 fee will be charged for inmate notarizations. This fee includes travel and notary fees for up to 3 documents. Should more than 3 documents be notarized at the scheduled appointment, a notarization fee of $5.00 for each additional document will be charged. Please provide the inmate with the document to be notarized prior to the appointment time and date. The inmate will be responsible to make arrangements to have his or her inmate ID card available to present to the Notary Public at the time of signing.
Please note that some facilities have a Notary Public scheduled weekly at the facility. Check with the facility where the inmate is located and ask if there is a Notary Public scheduled at the site.
