As a former notary public and legal secretary from New Jersey, I am delighted to have returned to my roots and to again be working in the real estate field. Since receiving my California Notary Commission in 2005, I have signed over 2,500 loans.
These loans were purchases, refinances, HELOC, Adjustable Rate, Fixed Rate, Interest-Only and Reverse Mortgages. I have also notarized real estate documents pertaining to the sale of properties and I am well versed in signing loans when the property is held by a trust.
