Kindly note that Kosak Mobile Notary and Signing Service is a mobile notary service and does not have a physical office location to meet clients. Please use the Mapquest information below to estimate mileage for travel/trip fees to your home or office. If you would like to reduce the trip fee to $15, you may choose to schedule your appointment with a notary at the Starbucks in North Park. The address for Starbucks is pre-programmed into the Mapquest box below. In addition to the travel/trip fee there is a $10 per notarized signature card for each signature.
