Presenting loan documents is easy when someone teaches you the simple five document method in presenting loan docs. This method cuts down on the number of questions asked by your client and takes the stress out of the experience for both the client and signing agent. The five document method is presented to students during the Mock Loan Signing training and during the Ride A-long.
Mock Loan Signing
For many new signing agents the best way to learn how to present loan documents is actually sit down with an Certified Coach and perform a Mock Loan Signing. Cost: $150.00 - Fee includes 1-2 hours with a Certified Coach one-on-one, all materials and tools, and meeting at a neutral location mutually agreed upon.
Ride A-long
A Ride-Along affords the opportunity for a new signing agent to sit in on a live signing and experience a signing from start to finish. Cost: $250.00 - Fee includes 2-3 hours with a Certified Coach one-on-one, all materials and tools, and meeting at a neutral location mutually agreed upon.
